About This Class

Each week of the month, we will cook a different type of meal. Here is the schedule: The first week of the month will be Modern American. The second week of the month will be Classical French. The third week of the month will be Traditional Ethiopian. Lastly, the 4th week of the month will be Polynesian and Hawaiian.
